Offers may be limited to one per person, household or IP address and may require opt-in at the cashier. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits and cashout caps, where applicable, are specified in the relevant promotion terms. We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at our discretion and reserves the right to refuse bonus funds where abuse or irregular activity is detected.

Deposits and withdrawals

We may require supporting documentation before processing withdrawals and we reserve the right to apply checks to verify source of funds. Withdrawals may be processed using the original deposit method where possible. We may apply account transaction limits, and we will not be liable for delays caused by third party payment providers.

Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute with us you should contact customer support in the first instance. We will investigate complaints and aim to resolve them in good faith. Where we cannot reach an agreement, disputes may be escalated through any available independent dispute resolution procedure set out in your welcome materials. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Continued use of your account after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any change you should stop using the service and close your account in accordance with our account closure process.
